Those boxes are the perfect size for a lot of things. I have a Raspberry Pi with an LCD screen running HamPi in one, another with a NanoVNA and a TinySA in another, and one
with the spare dual band mobile for deployments. They stack nicely for storage as well, as they have little feet that engage depressions on the lids.
