Unlike ESS, NYS, and RRIE, which are all-comers nets, 2RN and EAN are liaison-only nets. They are still worth listening to because the sending speeds are not as intimidating as you may think. If the NCS asks for help covering for a no-show, feel free to jump in.

Higher-level operation is very similar to the section nets.
